About Me

I apply my passions for psychology, empathy, and project management to drive my success leading teams. For over 10 years, I have applied my systems-thinking brain to leadership roles for start-ups, marketing companies, development agencies, and product teams. I find success in developing powerful connections with executive leaders, project stakeholders, and creative team members. Whether leading DEI initiatives, custom application projects, hiring processes, a communications workshop, or a design system build, I believe that by empowering my team with effective, intentional workflows and communicating with honesty and compassion, I help enable success that lasts well beyond a project’s completion.

I love to embarrass my teams with exuberant affirmation, and I am firmly in the camp of "Uses Too Many Exclamation Points." My teammates enjoy knowing that my work is regularly reviewed by my adorable furry supervisor, Ava, who often makes her presence known on video calls.

Outside of work, I love exploring everything culinary! I get deep joy from exploring new recipes, trying whiskies and red wine, and spending as much time as I can in my beautiful city’s burgeoning restaurant scene.

I also love enjoying sunny days in Pittsburgh’s local parks, dabbling in home crafts, rewatching the Marvel movies, and picking up iron bars and putting them back down. 🏋🏾‍♀️
